I looked around a lot and among the three places I liked best, I visited in person. The other places were cheaper than 100 and included buried sutures plus eye correction. This place was definitely more expensive, but the line the hospital does well is the line I wanted, and the counselor explained everything kindly and well, so I decided to have the surgery here.
