I went because I wanted a revision eye surgery, and as soon as the coordinator saw me, she told me it would be ruined if they kept touching it and that I didn't need to force myself to have it done, which made me trust them more. And I also said I wanted to get other surgeries, but I liked that they did not pressure or recommend any procedures to me when I was still young at the time. Being a one-doctor clinic also seems to give it a high level of expertise. The staff coordinators had a more comfortable, auntie-like vibe compared with other hospitals.. Maybe because they are older, I am not sure. Anyway, I felt more at ease because they didn't pressure me, and I trusted them.
