They explained things in detail, but every time I asked a question they sighed, and kept saying, 'Huh? Huh?' as if they didn't know whether I understood, which left me in a bad mood because I ended up talking with the manager. They misunderstood what I was asking about, and the manager understood and answered instead. They said their surgery method is different from other places, but hospitals often just rename the same method, so I'm not sure it's really different.
