First, there was an additional 10 percent VAT on the estimate, and as I had heard, the price was much more expensive than at other places.. I made a same-day reservation by phone and went right away. I couldn't consult with the director, so I consulted with the consultant, who was very kind and entertaining, but there was no professionalism at all and it felt like talking to someone doing business at a market..
