I visited because of a hook-shaped scar at the inner corner of my eye. The doctors and the consultation manager were kind, and they said the eye shape could be improved, so I went ahead with the surgery. The result was not good. The original scar disappeared, but a larger different scar took its place, and I ended up needing revision surgery, so I had it redone somewhere else.
