Before writing my consultation review, let me first say what my condition was: I had previously had non-incisional double eyelid surgery, and it had come undone, but the two sides had come undone completely differently, so my eyes were very uneven T_T I was getting a lot of stress from that and was looking into hospitals T_T I knew there would be a wait, but maybe because the surgery before mine ended faster than expected, I was seen earlier than the time I had been told in advance. I thought I looked sleepy because the line had loosened, so I assumed ptosis correction would definitely be necessary, but the director pressed on my forehead, told me to relax my eyes and blink a bit, then cut straight to the point and said I was just dealing with a loosened line and was not a candidate for ptosis correction lol. It seemed like they were not pushing extra procedures or unnecessary surgery at all. The consultation style itself was very clear, so for me, someone looking into revision surgery and feeling lost about what to do, it sounded like a benchmark of sorts, and I liked that I could judge things clearly and decide. I heard the experience was more than 20 years too, and they have done many revision cases... maybe that is why the professionalism felt more advanced than the places I had visited so far. The price was also lower than I expected, and of course I will still visit other places too, but after this consultation it went onto my final shortlist.
