This hospital is mentioned as one for difficult eye revision cases, and since it was the surgeon, I made an appointment. I think the hospital itself will be polarizing, but the surgeon consultation was actually better than what I had read in the reviews. You could clearly feel that he had a lot of surgery experience, and it felt like he was really focused on minimizing scars and acting safely. I thought I had to do a double-line procedure, but he said that double-line surgery is not always the answer and explained why. Since I also have some excess skin, he said it wasn't the worst-case scenario, and while he told me the facts about my current condition, he also realistically explained what parts I'd have to give up regarding the height I wanted. Being told honestly actually made me trust him more.. By my standards, this place isn't factory-like; I think people just think that because the surgeon is famous and attracts a lot of patients. For reference, I heard that for revision consultations to lower the line, because it is difficult to draw a new line above the eye due to the current line already in place, they tend to spend more time on the design on the day of surgery than at the consultation
