It is a factory-style place through and through.... The wait in the evening is extremely long.. It always takes more than an hour.. It is really exhausting;; Since it is near Gangnam Station, it is good if you want to stop by right before or right after a plan. When there is an event, the price is cheap, but if you count the waiting time as money, it does not really feel cheap. I would recommend avoiding evenings and weekends as much as possible, and coming on a weekday morning if you can. And there are so, so, so many staff members, but that also adds to the chaotic atmosphere... It feels like the treatment spaces are small compared with the number of customers.
