This is the first hospital I have ever seen where the manager handles the consultation from start to finish without the doctor seeing you. You can choose a doctor, but since you do not see their face directly, it feels like on the day of surgery they could do a substitute surgery and the patient would not know at all... Plastic surgery is already a business anyway, but this felt like an extreme case of just money-making... When I hesitated, they kept lowering the price and pushing hard.. Back then I only searched through forums and apps like a certain community and another site, not
