I made an appointment and went in for a consultation, and the manager spoke with me first. The manager was very kind and gave very straightforward advice, which made me feel good. She said I have lagophthalmos, where my eyes do not fully close when shut, so she did not recommend eye correction or incision surgery. She said if I did it non-incision, there would be too little strength, so she recommended partial incision. She also said my eyes were suitable for canthoplasty, though I do not remember exactly whether it was front-upper canthoplasty or upper canthoplasty only. Canthoplasty
