My nose looks swollen every time I laugh and doesn't photograph well. They said the puffiness of the nose could be corrected to some extent by strengthening the columella and lifting the tip. They advised against alar reduction~ They said they'd use 3 mm silicone for the bridge and ear cartilage on both sides for the tip.
