I went in for a nose surgery consultation, but I ended up feeling more confused than I expected. The consultation room atmosphere was calm, but they started with an explanation of the surgery method rather than an analysis of my nose. They explained in detail how they would raise the bridge and talked about implants, but there wasn’t a long explanation of why my nose shape looks the way it does now. They did help design it while looking at photos, but I didn’t get a strong sense of how my entire face balance would actually change
