I went on a weekday, so there weren't many people and I didn't have to wait long. The staff were all kind, and I was worried it would hurt, but it didn't hurt at all. I asked them to make it natural, and I was worried it might end up like a straight forehead-brown thick eyebrow look, but thankfully it turned out natural. They told me to come back for a touch-up, but I was lazy and didn't bother. So after about a year, I do feel like it definitely hasn't held as well as when I first got it.
