While looking into dimple surgery, I heard from an acquaintance that they had gotten dimple surgery here, so I went straight for a consultation and proceeded. The dimple procedure was done by local anesthesia inside the mouth and then tied with thread. The local anesthesia part hurt a little, but nothing else hurt. There was a little swelling, but it didn't hurt even the next day. It takes a long time to settle in, but it was a very satisfying procedure. I recommend dimple surgery, and if mine loosens again I'll do it here next time. Dimples are semi-permanent, so I think mine last about 5 years. It's still ongoing
