The manager explained things very well. The doctor felt more realistic in the way they spoke. Rather than saying it could be done no matter what, they talked realistically about things that might not be possible or that were worrying. I was a little disappointed that I didn't feel confident about what I’d look like after surgery. Still, overall the consultation was good.
