Previous problems: implant twist. Bent columella cartilage. Cartilage visibility and sharpness at the tip. Remove silicone, build up the bridge with donated dermis, reuse cartilage, reinforce the tip with dermis. The doctor takes pride in surgical skill, so I felt trust. The director's needs and my needs matched well, so I'm looking forward to it. At the first consultation, I recommend asking detailed questions.
