As soon as I went in, they had me hold up a mirror, and the doctor briefly drew the line a few times by himself, said what kind of surgery it would be, and that was it. Some clinics discourage you and say no when you ask for something, but here they didn't even explain why something might be good; they just said no and that was the end. He said he'd proceed with me if I wanted, but it seems like he just operates in a very safe direction. I wonder if he is seeing consultations in between doing several surgery sessions back to back.
