I had a weekday morning appointment, so I was able to go in without a long wait, and the consultation manager kindly answered whatever questions I had. I went in just for Botox, but before I even asked, they told me about my skin condition and where Botox would be more effective if added elsewhere, and they didn't push any other treatments much, so I was satisfied. The nurse who performed the procedure also accepted what I requested right away and checked that she didn't miss any instructions
