The director was kind, and the manager was kind too, but somehow it didn't feel certain. I was recommended eye correction on only one side, which felt a bit strange, and I didn't hear about the surgery method for lowering the line, so that was a little disappointing. They strongly pressured me to pay a reservation deposit, and refunds were only 90%, so it felt a bit untrustworthy...
