This was my first time getting a plastic surgery consultation, and they were so, so kind that I felt really at ease. The manager was kind, and the doctor was kind too. And the doctor even complimented my nose, which gave me huge relief since I had come prepared to be judged on my looks. He said the alar bases should each be cut inward by 4 mm, 4 mm, and he pressed along the sides of the nose with something like a forceps to roughly show that it would shrink to about this much.
