The overall lobby atmosphere was chaotic, but the wait wasn't long, and I had the consultation after a CT scan. The consultation manager was just so-so, but Director Cha seemed professional. He recommended a no-implant option because I have a hump nose, and it seemed like he had a lot of surgical experience, so I made a reservation.
