The counselor starts with a brief consultation first. In my case, they said that not only under-eye fat but also pigmentation seemed to be one of the causes. The under-eye skin is thin, so the pigmentation seems to show through. So they said they would probably recommend repositioning plus fat grafting. But when I said I did not want fat grafting, they decided to first just have me consult about repositioning only. When I asked whether there had been cases like mine, with thin skin and a slim build, they showed me before-and-after photos related to the surgery
