When I told the manager during the consultation that I wanted a dorsal hump and bulbous nose reduction, and that I wanted it done without it looking obvious, she said my nose is smaller than other people’s, so I didn’t need alar reduction. The doctor also lifted my nose tip with a cotton swab and said I didn’t need alar reduction, just a lift using donated rib cartilage... Of all the hospitals I’ve visited, this was the one that felt like they touched my nose the least. It just felt like they were lifting the nose up.
