Consultation proceeded in the order: manager - doctor - manager. Manager consultation: 20 minutes 20 minutes waiting Doctor consultation: about 8 minutes 10 minutes waiting Final manager consultation: 12 minutes Overall, it felt busy. Even though it started at the reserved time, there were 30-minute waits in between. The parts recommended by the manager and the doctor were different. The manager said the aftercare warranty was 3 years, but the doctor said 2 years. The stories did not match. The first manager I consulted with was very comfortable and kind, saying that inner canthoplasty might actually not be necessary and explaining a non-incisional option at a low price. But the doctor mixed in informal speech and was a bit unfriendly. It seemed like he wanted to give a friendly uncle-like impression, but compared with the manager, it stood out. After the doctor’s consultation, the recommended surgery changed, and the price recalculated went up by more than 1 million won. He seemed busy and like he wanted to move on quickly, and because the conversation only continued when I asked questions rather than through his explanations, I felt rushed. It felt like a medium-sized hospital, but also like they would manage things well and provide good aftercare; still, I felt the doctor might not be able to focus on me properly.
