There was no overtreatment and the doctor was honest, which I liked. When I had fat grafting, the result was really good. My face has very little fat, so I even had a second round, and I did not really have any aftereffects. I was thinking about going for a third round too, but I am still deciding. I liked the fat grafting so much that I also got thread lifting, but I am not sure about that one. Maybe the right cheek was lifted too much, because when I look downward, the left side is fully visible, but the right side is not. They said it was just swelling, so I waited, and it got a bit better
