I had full-face fat grafting and it's been about half a year, but the forehead area settled in kind of round? bulging. It looks worse in places with lighting.. The rest isn't bad, and because I don't have much facial fat, I'm mostly satisfied. The scars from where the fat was harvested have faded a lot. The day after surgery I looked like a plastic surgery freak and even though it seemed excessive, almost all of it went down, over 80 percent. Except for the forehead, it really settled in beautifully. The temples have zero take. The round part on the forehead is just me
