The consultation with the director was very soft and kind, so I could feel comfortable throughout the whole consultation. It felt extremely thorough. The manager also said the director is very meticulous and delicate, but when it comes to surgery they are firm, so many people also go to Director Yoon. Anyway, they explained things very calmly and well, so unlike other places where consultations felt like they were cut off really (?) quickly, here it was more like 'this is why it's like that.' I also learned for the first time that there is something called thick-neck surgery, not just double chin muscle binding. Anyway, the consultation was good.
