The doctor did explain things very enthusiastically, but for more than 30 minutes he kept talking as if he were defending his own position, which was a bit exhausting. He went on with a long explanation, saying things like there is an Indian band so improvement may be difficult, and something about skin grooves, and by the end I was completely drained. On top of that, the staff member in the consultation room was rude, and the waiting time was just too long. The whole hospital felt disorganized and chaotic
