I do not remember the surgeon's full name exactly, but I know the surgeon with the last name Jang is good at under-eye fat repositioning. So I went to consult with that doctor. A friend also had the procedure done by Dr. Jang here, and had zero swelling, and the under-eye area became dramatically flatter, so I went for a consultation. But he said that mine is not fat, it is muscle, so under-eye fat repositioning would have almost no effect, and he talked me out of surgery. He said to do it only if the under-eye issue gets worse. Him discouraging surgery actually made me trust him more.
