I waited in a private room, then went in for the consultation. I had an appointment and went there, and the consultations were in the order of manager - director - manager. There was quite a long wait between those steps, but everyone was kind. I was given that price for writing a review with my eyes and mouth blurred out. They said I would get a discount if I reserved that day and that I could cancel without penalty until a week before, so I made the reservation that day. I liked that they offer up to 3 years of aftercare and that CCTV can be viewed for free. They must be confident.
