I went for a consultation for nose revision surgery, and the doctor recommended a columella cat nose-type procedure and silicone. The consultation was satisfactory, but I went there hearing that it was a very natural hospital, and the surgical photos they showed and my own nose felt much higher and more heavily operated than I had imagined.
