The waiting time for consultation was shorter than at other clinics. Instead of asking what I wanted, they cut straight to it and said this would probably be better. The consultation manager spoke in a robotic way and kept asking if I had any questions. Rather than going into detail about the eye line, they showed me review photos of lines like the one I wanted and asked if that was what I wanted.
