I had a consultation for nose surgery without an implant, and I also had a CT scan. The consultation fee was free. There were many reviews saying this clinic tends to recommend paranasal augmentation too, and they recommended it to me as well. I thought it would look nice if I did it, but I didn't want silicone inserted into my nose, so I was doing the no-implant option. Since I was hesitant about putting silicone in, I kept thinking about it. At another clinic, they said my septum was too small so it couldn't be done, but here they said it was small, but might still be possible, and if there wasn't enough, they would use ear cartilage
