The weather is getting milder little by little, so I got an arm treatment in advance as a form of management..! My upper arms, especially the back side, were really bad, so I got laser and fat-dissolving injections together. I had one session of each, and the laser hurt a little on the bony parts, but the fat-dissolving shot didn't hurt at all, so it was fine I had my upper arms treated somewhere else before, but back then the bruising lasted a really long time and the effect was just so-so...... It was like only the swelling went down a bit
