It's been about a month since I had alar reduction surgery, so I'm leaving an honest review. Before surgery, the way my nostrils spread when I smiled was such a huge stress, but now my satisfaction keeps going up every time I look in the mirror. The swelling was worst during the first week, and from the second week on it became so natural that it was almost unnoticeable. Even when the stitches were removed, it hurt less than I expected, and the scar is gradually fading as I keep applying the ointment.
