I came in because I had concerns like a hollow inner corner of the eyes, three whites showing, and a broken aegyo-sal line, among several other things. The doctor seemed very confident about the surgery, with a feeling like, "I'm the first to do this surgery!" He also showed a lot of before-and-after photos, which built trust. And more than anything, the manager was really good. You know how it is when you go to consultations at several places. In some clinics the doctor is fine but the manager is really bad.. Anyway, they listened calmly and didn't give off any rushed or pushy vibe, so I was able to have a relaxed, calm consultation too. And if I ask questions later, they explain things in great detail. So in the end, the overall consultation was good.
