I had a hump nose and a short columella. During the consultation, the director looked at my overall facial proportions and explained columella extension plus correction of the hump nose. Because my nose got longer, the whole face definitely changed to a more mature image. It has not even been a month yet, so there is still a little swelling at the tip of my nose, but the hump definitely seems smoother, so I am satisfied.
