When I visited the hospital, the overall facilities were clean and well organized, so my first impression was good. The waiting area and consultation room were relatively comfortable as well, so I was able to receive the consultation in a relaxed atmosphere. The head coordinator was also kind in her response, so I could proceed without pressure, and she explained the parts I was curious about calmly, which helped me understand.
