The thing I liked most during the consultation was that they explained aegyo-sal not as something you must create, but as something that should gently bring out the structure that is already there. Looking at the condition under my eyes, they said my eyes do not have zero aegyo-sal at all, and that it does appear a little when I smile, but it looks too flat in daily life, so it would be good to complement that naturally.
