The director was kind and explained the pros and cons. The consultation manager was bad, just like the other reviews said.... She was unfriendly and her expression got worse, frowning in between speaking. So I didn't have a long consultation with the consultation manager. It was a very popular hospital, so even booking a consultation was really hard. When I contacted them at the end of January, they said the earliest consultation was at the end of March;;; Then they called me in the evening and said tomorrow morning
