I went for a double eyelid consultation and waited about 20 minutes longer than my reserved time. The friendliness of the staff and the doctor felt average, and I liked that when I asked questions they explained things calmly rather than acting rushed. Of course, I wouldn't know until I actually had surgery, but up to the consultation I felt this place was pretty standard too. That said, I liked another place I visited more, so I don't think I'll get surgery here. If you're thinking about a consultation, I do recommend stopping by.
