Among the hospitals I visited for consultations, this one had the longest wait. Personally, I tend to avoid hospitals with very long waits, because if there is a wait, then making an appointment loses its meaning. Even though it was a one-doctor clinic, they looked too busy with surgery and consultations, so I didn't feel like I wanted to have surgery here. If it is by appointment, I think the time reserved for a consultation customer should be used entirely for that customer, and if there is a surgery appointment, then they should only do surgery. Also
