I went there for an Aqua Peel, and overall it felt a bit like a factory-style dermatology clinic. The staff were not rude, but rather than feeling like they were having a long or attentive conversation about my skin concerns, it felt like everything moved quickly according to a set program. There was a bit of waiting, and the explanations were pretty brief. That said, the procedure itself was done neatly, and after the Aqua Peel, the dead skin was cleaned up and the skin texture was smoothed
