I keep confusing the director's name with a politician. Anyway, I did have surgery, but in the end I was dissatisfied and had revision surgery somewhere else The consultation style was like talking to a professor (with scolding), so you should go in with that in mind. I sometimes wonder if my scar might have been smaller if I had not done it here and had gone straight to the last hospital I used... but I do not think the director lacks skill, because it was not really a failure so much as that it was 20% short, so I had it redone.
