I went along for a consultation because 2 of my friends had their surgeries there. The doctor was cheerful and kind. He seemed just like he did in the YouTube videos. He also recommended a line and I could feel that he was an expert. I didn't do much consulting with the manager, and I seem to have spent more time consulting with the doctor??? So I liked that.
