It's frustrating that I even have to give one star for surgery expectations. It was the worst surgery. It felt like I threw 1.5 million won into the ground. In the end, I had revision surgery at another hospital as soon as I reached the 6-month mark. A laser fat-removal? That was done wrong and left a dent above one nostril (during the revision at another hospital, they reinforced it with added dermis, but after 2 years that seems to have been absorbed too, and it feels a bit dented again, though it's not noticeable and I can live with it), and Megaderm was inserted crookedly
