The doctor and staff are generally kind, and although the clinic isn't new, it's not bad. Compared with franchise-style factory dermatology clinics, it feels like they pay a bit more attention. You can consult before the procedure, and you can also choose the doctor. Since mostly women come for hair removal, the machine isn't the top-tier kind like Gentlec Pro, but it was reasonably effective for women's underarm hair removal. I had about 10 cumulative sessions.
