I arrived much earlier than my consultation reservation time. I was aware of that too, and if an early consultation was possible I wanted to get it as soon as possible; if I had been told it was not possible, I planned to go to a nearby cafe or grab lunch. The hospital told me to wait a moment since I had arrived earlier than my reservation time, and about 10 minutes later I had a consultation with the manager.
