An older sister I know said this was a hospital famous for revision surgery, so I went right away to get consulted and shop around. Since it was my first nose surgery, they first explained the overall structure and told me what an ideal nose looks like. My nose is on the small side, so they said that to raise it I would absolutely need rib cartilage, and whether to use donor rib or autologous rib cartilage was up to me. Of course, since it's a private clinic, the price was brutal compared with a large hospital, but it seems like they would make a pretty nose, so I'm thinking it over.
