First of all, I had also seen reviews saying the director and the consulting manager were kind, and I went there to consult because a friend had surgery there. Just like the reviews said, they were really incredibly kind, and it left a strong impression on me. The surgery direction also seemed to fit my nose well, so I’m torn between this place and one other clinic.
